Message	Just go out to walmart and get a super soaker gun. Get one that shoots a far distance. Everytime you see a cat on the window, go 'special ops' style, and snipe them. Cats HATE water, and if they get wet everytime they sit on those cars, they'll quit doing it. (this method works for training dogs too. stops barking, keeps em off furniture, etc. They learn quick, plus its fun for you too.)
